Our association of successful people, who are incorporating professional coaching and/or mentoring in to their lives, invites you to join us. We are connected by core concepts that include service, abundance-based thinking, community building, life-long learning, and independence from any specific provider of a certification training or product line.

Most of our members serve clients in business, educational institutions and other organizations, while there is plenty of room for coaches & mentors serving individual clients who are independent of organizations. Our dozens of professional development events each year support our commitment to lifelong and state of the art learning for our members and guests.

As a nonprofit corporation (501-C6) we are exclusively volunteer governed and led. This combined with a paid professional staff led by Lafleche Dumas creates the mix of talent we want for those we serve.
